Introduction
Asian Imports Limited is a trusted online marketplace that seamlessly connects verified B2B vehicle sellers with genuine buyers. We prioritize transparency, secure payments, and end-to-end reliability—making vehicle trading simple, safe, and hassle-free. With Asian Imports Limited, every transaction is built on confidence and trust.
1Terms & Conditions for Sellers
A. Before Listing a Vehicle
Sellers must provide accurate, complete, and authentic vehicle information. Asian Imports Limited will verify all details before publishing the listing.
Asian Imports Limited reserves the right to remove or reject listings if any information is found to be false or misleading.
Each vehicle listing is valid for 7 days. Sellers may extend the listing, update price, or change location weekly.
Sellers must upload up to 20 yard photos of the vehicle before shipment.
Sellers must provide auction sheet of the vehicles for authenticity. Vehicles without auction sheet will not be published.
- • Asian Imports Limited will hide the lot number and full chassis number to protect seller privacy.
- • The auction sheet will be shared only with genuine buyers.
Sellers must clearly specify the vehicle location:
- • Japan Port
- • Chittagong (CTG) Port
- • Mongla Port
- • Division-wise location in Bangladesh
If the vehicle is in transit or at a local port, sellers must provide:
- • Vessel Name
- • ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) Bangladesh Date and Time
- • Draft Bill of Lading (B/L)
Sellers must clearly mention spare keys and accessories that will be delivered.
B. Sale of Ready Vehicles at Showroom
Sellers must accept a booking amount of BDT 50,000 – 100,000 (depending on vehicle).
The booking reserves the vehicle for 4 working days.
Buyers must complete full payment within 4 working days.
Sellers must deliver the vehicle on the same day full payment is received.
If the buyer cancels or fails to complete payment within the booking period, the seller may claim a penalty of BDT 50,000 – 100,000.
Sellers cannot sell a reserved vehicle to another buyer during the reservation period.
- • If violated, the seller must refund the full amount immediately and penalties will apply:
- - First violation: BDT 50,000 penalty + warning
- - Second violation: BDT 50,000 penalty + temporary or permanent membership suspension
All payments and deliveries must be completed through Asian Imports Limited only.
C. Sale of Vehicles in Transit or at Local Port (Document-Only Sale)
Sellers must accept a booking amount of BDT 50,000 – 100,000.
The 4 working day reservation period starts from the date both the vehicle and original import documents arrive.
After receiving booking money, sellers must submit copies of original import documents to Asian Imports Limited for verification.
Asian Imports Limited will verify documents and approve or reject the deal.
Upon verification, buyers must complete full payment.
After receiving full payment, sellers must deliver original import documents on the same day.
If any required document is missing, the seller must arrange it immediately or bear any customs penalty.
Cancellation rules and penalties are the same as showroom sales.
All payment and document delivery processes must be completed through Asian Imports Limited.
D. Platform Service Charge (Seller)
Sellers must pay BDT 15,000 to Asian Imports Limited for each completed transaction.
The service charge is deducted after full payment confirmation and before delivery.
E. After Sales Responsibilities
After receiving full payment, sellers must arrange immediate delivery of the vehicle or documents and inform Asian Imports Limited.
Asian Imports Limited will notify the buyer of the delivery or pickup location.
Sellers must provide all required BRTA registration documents within 4 working days, including:
- • Sale Receipt
- • Transfer of Ownership
- • New Registration Form
- • Letter of Undertaking, etc.
If customs clearance is already assessed, sellers must connect Asian Imports Limited with their C&F agent.
Sellers must deliver spare keys and accessories as committed.
If the delivered vehicle does not match the sold details, the seller must:
- • Deliver the correct vehicle or
- • Provide a full refund with applicable compensation
2Terms & Conditions for Buyers
A. Before Applying to Buy
Buyers must carefully review vehicle details, photos, mileage, condition, and auction sheet.
Buyers are responsible for verifying vehicle authenticity before applying. (Third-party verification tools may be used.)
Any questions or confusion must be clarified with Asian Imports Limited Customer Support before applying.
Once an application is submitted and accepted by the seller, cancellation is not allowed.
Sellers may reject applications due to availability or valid reasons.
B. Payment & Booking
Once the seller accepts the application, buyers must pay a booking amount of BDT 50,000 – 100,000 immediately.
Buyers must complete full payment within 4 working days.
If the buyer fails to pay booking money or full payment:
- • First time: BDT 50,000 penalty + warning
- • Second time: BDT 50,000 penalty + temporary or permanent suspension
Penalties will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
If the seller cancels after receiving payment, the seller must:
- • Refund the full amount immediately
- • Pay BDT 50,000 – 100,000 compensation to the buyer
All payments and deliveries must be completed through Asian Imports Limited.
C. Delivery & Documentation
After full payment, Asian Imports Limited will notify the buyer of the delivery pickup location.
Buyers must collect the vehicle or documents on the same day or the next working day.
Buyers must provide necessary personal documents (e.g., NID, TIN) at delivery time.
D. Platform Service Charge (Buyer)
Buyers must pay BDT 10,000 to Asian Imports Limited for each completed transaction.
The service charge is paid during full payment.
